Work done for a UK property development company. While most development had been concentrated on the coastline, the developer felt that there was opportunity to develop small clusters up on the steep hillside overlooking the coast. The units were not spread out as would typical development but clustered to give the impression of a hillside village. The steep gradient was used to ensure that all units had substantial views despite their proximity.
